ECHO and e-Books

student at ECHOIn winter 2014, students in two second-grade classes from Edmunds Elementary School in Burlington, Vermont, conducted research on lake ecology at the ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center at the Leahy Center for Lake Champlain. They used the observations and evidence they gathered from ECHO exhibits and from the LCBP Resource Room to publish e-books using iPads. This short video provides a nice overview of the project. For more detailed information, see this presentation from the 2014 Dynamic Landscapes conference.
