Lewis Creek Association

About Us

The Lewis Creek Association (LCA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1990 to increase awareness of the natural world and its connection to our economy and our community. The Lewis Creek watershed organization represents the Vermont towns of Bristol, Charlotte, Ferrisburgh, Hinesburg, Monkton, and Starksboro in Addison and Chittenden County.

Through educational programs, local projects, and citizen involvement, LCA seeks to protect biological diversity in the watershed, improve water quality, promote wise land-use planning, and support sustainable forestry, agriculture, business, and recreational uses consistent with these goals.
